Fall Camp Going Virtual for 2020
We are excited to announce our fall programming for CHAMPS Camp! To learn more about CHAMPS Camp and the programs we offer for heart families, visit our CHAMPS Camp page.
Registration for camp is OPEN. Click HERE to register if you’re interested in attending.
Fall CHAMPS session dates:
- Saturday September 26 1-4pm
- Saturday October 17 – time TBA
- Saturday October 31 – time TBA
- Saturday November 14 – time TBA
- Saturday November 28 – time TBA
- Saturday December 12 – time TBA
All camps will be held virtually via Zoom. Camp is open to any heart child, however, sessions will be geared towards those 7-17 years of age.
Fall camp will include:
- Biweekly sessions that include home exercise, games, craft activities, mindful movement, and mental wellness
- Parent psychology sessions September 26 @ 12pm and December 12
- NEW! 3 Follow along home-exercise videos to complete each week with camp leader Dana

Virtual Summer Camp a Success
Although the cancellation of in-person summer camp was disappointing, our CHAMPS organizers made the best of things by designing the first-ever virtual CHAMPS camp for our SK heart kids.
Virtual summer camp ran July 13-17, 2020 via Zoom. A variety of sessions were offered such as minute-to-win-it games, psychology, transitioning to adult cardiology, home exercise and mindful movement. Parents and family members were also included and we had great attendance at our “Lunch & Learn” sessions.
